Custom and Made-to-Measure Orders
 
Once you place an order for a specific style, our production team makes the gown based on the size you provide us ((Please refer to our size chart to determine your approximate size and if you need help how to measure yourself you can also refer to our How-to-Measure.))

Made to order styles are based on the regular price (non-sale). There is no upcharge to the original price even if the customer would like to make small changes to a style. Our top priority is to ensure that our valued customers are satisfied with their order. We absolutely guarantee  hundred percent satisfaction with the order you place.
In terms of measuring yourself correctly, we are only one email away from you. You can reach out to us info@JohnPaulAtaker.com to help you  to determine what size you are before placing your order. If you are between two sizes, please let us know so that our production team takes this into consideration when making your dress. If you wish us to measure you in person please make an appointment to visit our flagship store or other location at:

We accept exchanges within 3 days of the shipment received. We do not accept any returns unless  the customer receives the wrong style, color or size of the original order. Every Made-to-Order is made with exceptional workmanship as soon as  an order is placed. We pride in our quality. We want to ensure that your first John Paul Ataker gown will not be the last gown you purchase from us. We are here to build your trust in our quality and workmanship. Thus, our goal is to have you be part of John Paul Ataker family and order from us for all the future events you may have.

Sale Merchandise
 
We accept exchange within 7 days of the shipment received. We do not accept any returns. The exchange is done only for the same style, size, and color of the purchased item(s) however, please email us and let us know why you wish to exchange the style you received with a different style so we can do our best to ensure your satisfaction with us.

In-Stores Purchases
 
In-store purchased items are only exchanged within 3 days of the purchased date. You need to bring the invoice or receipt provided with your order/purchase.

In-Store Sample Sale: All sample sale items are sold “as is.” There are no Returns for sample sale merchandise however we can accommodate you if you wish to exchange the style with a different style that has equal or lesser value.
